The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is one of many types of quality control inspections conducted by QGS. It is an important step in the quality control process and is the method for checking the quality of goods before they are shipped.

When the goods 80% above are ready for shipping, A pre-shipment inspection need to be performed. our inspectors random select samples from finished goods according to international statistical standard Acceptable Quality Level ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) and MIL-STD-105E (ISO2859-1). The PSI confirms that finished products are in full compliance with your specifications.

When is a suitable time to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection?

A Pre-Shipment Inspection is suggested to be scheduled at least 2 working days before the planned loading date, so that the buyer can have enough time to check the report and decide whether to release the shipment as planned, or to discuss corrective actions with the manufacturer.

    Inspection report delivered with 24 hours after the inspection; same day report available if it is very urgent orders.

  • Who will i be in contact with throughout the whole inspeciton process?

    We assign one specific person following up your orders, the person is the leader of 'your QC team' in China, you can contact with your leader throughout the whole process to get the update news for your inspection.

  • When and How to pay the inspection fees?

    You can pay to us after we did the inspection before we send out the formal inspection report.and you can pay to us monthly if the inspection man-day over 10times in one month.

  • Can I discuss with you in details about my own inspection criteria?

    Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share whether they have special requirements for the inspections, or issues that they hope the inspector can pay attention to. We can combine them into a tailor-made checklist for inspection reference.
